ADULT CAREER ADVANCEMENT & STUDENT SERVICES CENTER
Career advancement and/or career change is a key reason that many Tusculum College Graduate and Professional Studies students return to college and complete a degree. The quest for furthering job opportunities, increasing earnings potential and identifying career choices can be one of the most important steps students and graduates take as they plan their path for success.
The Student Services Center (Room 108) in Knoxville serves as a liason with the Department of Career Services. The Student Services Center can assist with career and graduate school exploration, guidelines for resume and cover letter development and effective job search tips and support. Students and alumni also have access to resources via the Tusculum College web page, at Tusculum locations in Kingsport, Morristown and Greeneville or by phone and e-mail.
Working with local and national organizations, the Center hosts recruitment visits and provides free job postings and placement services online and through qualified resume referrals. Mentoring and networking opportunities are also encouraged through Tusculum College faculty, alumni and partnerships with area business leaders.
